Move fast, and get a place on our course today! All you have to do is send your booking fee to reserve a spot. Then send us the full payment for the course one month before you attend it.

We take bookings up to a week before it is due to start, providing there are still places available.

We require four people to carry out the course and only accept a maximum of ten. The two day course costs £500. People come from across the UK to take our unique course. From experienced funeral directors to new recruits, all welcome to attend.

County Celebrant Training Dates (Funerals)
Courses are conducted by Qualified Instructors (PTTLS Level 3) Eric Gill and or Guy Boyling. For more details on each course, and to book your place, contact the person noted on the right hand side of the table. Course Fees do not include accommodation, however they do include morning coffee and afternoon tea and a snack lunch per day.

This popular two day course is aimed at those who want to start work as soon as possible in this very fulfilling role. At the completion of the course a Certificate is awarded and students are encouraged to join a Celebrant organisation, usually the County Celebrants Network, in order to benefit from the PLI ( £5m Public Liability Insurance) , and of course, besides access to the course instructors through mentoring thereafter, the ability of talking to like minded experienced Celebrants to solve potential knotty situations.

​The course syllabus is based on much of the criteria of similar “Accredited Courses” and includes subjects such as:

• Funeral Choices                    • A visit to a Funeral Director (time and locality permitting)
• Being self employed             • How to present a Service
• How to meet a Family           • A comprehensive visit to a local Crematorium (time and locality permitting)
